PATIENTS are being urged to air their views on health services in Southampton.
GPs in the city are inviting patients and their carers to join groups to discuss ear, nose and throat and musculoskeletal services.
The groups will be set up this month, and those attending will be asked to attend one meeting every three months for the next 12 months, with travel expenses reimbursed.
NHS Southampton City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wants to find out views on how the services are run, and what they should look like in the future to best meet patients’ needs.
Dr Steve Townsend, CCG chair, said: “We’re developing musculoskeletal and ear, nose and throat services this year, so we need to know what works well now and what needs to be improved.”
