A HAMPSHIRE chartered accountants firm has won a national award.

Chandler’s Ford-based Gordon Whelan Associates has been given a highly commended award as best service provider category.

The News on the Block ceremony in London was a sponsored event for the property management industry.

The firm’s managing director Gordon Whelan said: “This award is just recognition for our commitment to the industry.

“We have always tried to provide an exceptional service to our clients and to add value and this seems to have impressed the judges who made the award. “It is great to be recognised in this way and a boost for all the team here.”
