A WOMAN killed in a road crash in Hampshire has been named.
Carol Carr died following a collision involving her Yamaha XJ900 motorbike and a Vauxhall Insignia at the junction of Moorhill Road and Southern Road in West End, on Tuesday morning.
Hampshire Constabulary was called to the scene by South Central Ambulance Service just after 8.43am.
Ms Carr, who was riding the motorbike was taken to Southampton General Hospital with serious injuries, but sadly died.
The driver of the grey Vauxhall Insignia was a 33-year-old man from Fareham. He was uninjured and interviewed, but not arrested in relation to the collision.
