Hampshire braced for another soaking
6:04pm Sunday 2nd March 2014 in News
FLOOD warnings remain in place in Hampshire tonight as the county could be set for more coastal flooding.
The Environment Agency expects spring tides to be at their peak level at around 1am on Monday (March 3) with high winds of between 20-40mph increasing the risk.
A warning remains in place at Romsey where several roads have been closed over the past few weeks due to flooding from the River Test, although waters have receded significantly in recent days.
But there are currently no warnings at Lymington which has struggled to fight off coastal flooding since the turn of the year.
