Shop and flats to go under the hammer
VACANT shop space in Southampton is to go under the hammer.
Fareham-based Clive Emson Auctioneers has been instructed to sell the freehold property at 36 Northam Road.
The guide price for the property, which also features two self-contained flats, is £140,000-£150,000.
The property is set to go up for sale at the auctioneers’ next regional sales event at the Ageas Bowl in West End at 11am on March 26.
