POOCHES can be micro-chipped for free.
Dogs Trust will be visiting Lordshill Ecumenical Church in Lordshill District Centre to give dog owners the chance to microchip their pets.
The initiative has been organised in partnership with Hampshire Constabulary and Spectrum Housing ahead of a change to the law which will mean all dogs must be micro-chipped from April 6.
Dog owners should visit the church from 11am-3pm on March 17. Call 0207 837 0006 or visit chipmydog.org.uk.
