Winchester man fined for breaching ASBO
A WINCHESTER man who breached an antisocial behaviour order (ASBO) has been fined.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a £50 fine with a £20 victim surcharge on Stephen Griffiths, 53, of Jewry Street, for the offence on February 25.
