Flood-hit playground reopened
A FLOOD-hit children’s playground has reopened.
There was concern about whether or not the North Walls Play Area was safe to use after recent floods saw it waterlogged and strewn with litter and debris.
However, Winchester City Council has deemed it clean enough to reopen.
