THE trial of a man accused of murdering a popular Southampton dad will not start until next week after being adjourned.
Father-of-three Kevin Wyeth was found dead in an alleyway between Defender Road and Tankerville Road in Woolston in August last year.
Scaffolder Damon Wright was due to stand trial at Winchester Crown Court yesterday, but the case has now been put back until next Monday, March 17.
Wright, 31, of no fixed abode, was arrested and charged on suspicion of murdering Mr Wyeth, and subsequently pleaded not guilty during a court appearance at Winchester Crown Court in November last year.
