A HAMPSHIRE confectioner is preparing to take a leap of faith by asking the public to design a new flavour of marshmallow.
Local company Belinda Clark Gourmet Confectioner is running a competition for people to design their own unique flavour – and see it made in time for Mother’s Day.
Belinda specialises in gourmet marshmallows, supplying more than 50 shops across the south-east, including Fortnum & Mason.
