Plans to convert a disused pub in Southampton into flats will go before councillors.
Glen Sahota’s scheme to convert the former Park Hotel in Shirley Road will be discussed at the city council’s planning panel meeting on March 25.
Sahota wants to add two-storey extensions to both sides of the 1860s-era building and convert it into six one-bed flats and five two-bed flats.
Officers have advised the plans be refused due to “awkward” car parking and a lack of amenity space.
