Student flat plans agreed
PLANNING chiefs have given permission for a site in Winchester to be converted into student flats.
Winchester city councillors agreed with the planning officer’s recommendations for the development at 21 Southgate Street to go ahead, which will see 14 new student flats built above the existing Penyards estate agents.
The office will remain according to the development plan.
