THIS is the woman police want to talk to after a purse and bank cards were stolen from a Southampton supermarket.

The items, and £25 in cash which was in the purse, were taken inside Aldi in Bevois Valley Road between 3pm and 3.30pm on March 14.

A shopper had put down her purse and then later realised that it was missing.

Anyone who recognises the woman or saw anything on the day should call Sgt Thomas Hannam at Portswood police station on 101.
