CHILDREN can have a go at a gun drill at the Royal Armouries Museum at Fort Nelson in Fareham. Five to 12-year-olds will get the chance to work in teams to charge, ram and load a bronze three-pounder Mountain Gun, designed in 1807.
Each session will last 45 minutes and will run daily from this Friday to April 17 at 11am, noon, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm at £3 per child.
