PHOTOGRAPHY students found a novel way to raise money for their end-of- year show – by selling off their works of art.

The Southampton Solent students, who plan to show off their talents during a final year degree show in London, auctioned items of work during an evening at the university’s John Millais building in Southampton.

Projects that went under the hammer included Rebecca Sharplin-Hughes’s work that documents the Cold War remains of Greenham Common in Berkshire and James Robinson’s work that looks at the military firing range along the Dorset coast.
