Textile experts coming for exhibition
TREASURES of the material world come to Romsey tomorrow.
Textile experts from all around the UK will be bringing their goods to Crosfield Hall for World Textile Day – an exhibition of rarely seen fabrics.
John Gillow, who is an author of many books on world textiles and a supplier of textiles to museums and film companies, will be speaking about ‘Textiles of the Islamic World’.
World Textile Day runs from 10am to 5pm and entrance is free.
