Decision looms for flats in city
PROPOSALS to build three flats in Southampton will be decided on at a meeting on April 22. The city council’s licensing committee will decide the application for the site at Bassett Green Road.
A developer wants to build an extension to an existing house to convert it into three flats. Seven residents have objected to the proposals.
