Bid to use land for housing is rejected
AN application to change the use of land near Alresford has been rejected by Winchester planners.
Paul Steggall proposed a change of use of land at Bighton Grange from agriculture to residential and an existing temporary entrance made permanent access with gates.
But planning officers, using delegated powers, rejected the change for the property at Barnetts Wood Lane.
