Plans for new flats in Southampton are turned down
A DEVELOPER’S plans to build a new building of flats in Southampton have been turned down.
Allen Property Management Ltd had applied to the council to build the three-storey building on land to the rear of Waterhouse Lane.
Council planners have now rejected the plans for the building, which would have contained one one-bed and four two-bed flats.
