CONCERNS are growing for a Hampshire man who has been missing for a week.

Mark Gibbens, who suffers from a mental health condition, was last seen on Wednesday and officers are worried that he may not have taken his medication with him.

The 36-year-old, whose real name is Stuart, but uses his middle name Mark, lives in Anson Drive and usually wears sports clothes and carries a rucksack.

PC Ben Allen, who is part of the team investigating, said: “We're concerned about Mark as he is vulnerable and has a mental health condition. He is on medication and we don't know if he took this with him.

“We'd like to reassure Mark if he sees this appeal, that he isn't in any trouble, we just need to know that he's safe and well.

“If you know Mark and have seen him recently we'd like to hear from you.”

He is described as being 5ft 10ins tall, of a large build, with close cropped or shaved blonde hair.
