No to flats plan
PLANS to turn a former post office in Shirley, Southampton, into flats have been rejected.
Proposals to turn the former shop in Shirley Avenue into four flats were handed in earlier this year.
But city council planners have rejected the proposals, saying they are of poor design and could have a negative impact on neighbouring properties.
