Torch light tour of historic Southampton tonight
YOU can explore Southampton’s old town by torchlight today. Historian Dr Andy Russel will lead the tour, which will start at Tudor House in Bugle Street at 8pm.
Lasting for an hour-and-a-half, it will visit some of the city’s medieval vaults. People taking part should bring torches.
The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. Places, which cost £4-5, can be booked by calling 023 8083 4536.
