THE BRAVE abseiling efforts of a team of daredevil fundraisers has collected nearly £10,000 to support firefighters and their families.
A total of 32 people plucked up the courage to descend 300ft from the top of the Spinnaker Tower to raise vital money for the Firefighters Charity.
Kerry James, from the charity, said: “It was a brilliant day, the sun was shining and the 32 brave volunteers were fantastic.”
