PROPERTY worth more than £10,000 has been stolen from a house in Hampshire.

Burglars broke into a property in Church Lane, Lymington, and made off with electrical goods and a large amount of jewellery.

The haul included a string of pearl necklace, a graduated pearl necklace and a man's Ebel analogue watch with a white face.

Police say the break-in occurred between 9am on May 24 and 4.15pm on bank holiday Monday.

Officers are anxious to hear from anyone who saw something suspicious in the area at the time or has been offered any of the stolen items for sale.
