Bollywood entertainment raises cash in memory of boy nine

A NIGHT of Bollywood entertainment in Hampshire raised more than £3,000 for charity in memory of a nine-year old boy who died of an asthma attack.

A packed out crowd dug deep into their pockets to collect £3,200 for Asthma and Allergy Inflammation Research at North Baddesley Village Hall.

The event was in memory of Anuj Panchmatia from Chandler’s Ford, who died while playing football at Stroud School, Romsey, in 2004.

Guests saw six-piece Asian band Sur Surita perform a medley of Bollywood tunes after enjoying a buffet.
