Four-storey flat scheme give go-ahead
NEW flats are set to be created in a building in Southampton.
Plans to add a four-storey side extension to Kingsbury House in Bevois Valley Road have been approved by the city council.
The extension will allow part of the building to be converted into three onebedroom flats and offices.
