Bid to build student flats in Southampton city centre
NEW student flats could be built in Southampton city centre.
Rodney Bailey has applied to the city council to add an extra floor to Queens Gate building in Queens Terrace.
It would contain 14 selfcontained student flats. A decision is due by July 18.
