Retrospective shared house plans turned down
RETROSPECTIVE plans to turn a family home in Southampton into a shared house have been refused.
City council planners deemed Kate Laven’s plans for the house in Avenue Road would be an over-concentration and have a harmful impact on surrounding homes.
