A NEW business centre has opened in Southampton and already firms are lining up to take up residence in the state-of-the-art park.

Training and IT consultants firm Pairview Business Analytics are the latest company to move to Arena Business Centre’s new premises in the city centre.

Pairview join a number of companies at the centre including Ernst & Young and McNicholas Construction who occupy large open-plan offices at the 45,000sq ft centre in Threefield Lane.

Sharron Domanska, operations director at Arena Business Centres Ltd, said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming Pairview to Arena in Southampton.

“As an IT company it was important to fully understand and deliver on their IT requirements.”

There has been significant investment to the IT infrastructure and telecoms to deliver cutting edge IT solutions for firms across the south who want to be based in the heart of the city.

Within walking distance to Oxford Street, the centre benefits from on-site parking, meeting rooms, a business lounge and staffed reception.

The centre is now 40 per cent occupied, demonstrating the demand for high quality office space in Southampton.

Arena Business Centre is the fifth centre in the Arena portfolio, adding to locations in Fareham, Poole and Ferndown in Dorset.

Their sixth centre in Basingstoke will open in autumn this year.

For Frank Abu, managing director of Pairview, said the centre is perfect for their needs as a global IT firm.

He said: “When we saw Arena we knew we had found exactly what we needed.

“After 18 months of searching for a high quality office location, we are delighted to have finally found a space that ticks all the boxes and suits our business and our people.

“The IT infrastructure is great and the staff at Arena are friendly and always on hand to help.

“We are very pleased about the move.”
