D-Day event at former station
A FORMER railway station will step back in time for a D-Day re-enactment.
Droxford Station will once again take centre stage as steam engines, vintage aircraft and character actors put on a show to remember Churchill’s meetings there on June 3 and 4, 1944.
The event will run from 12.30pm-4.30pm on Saturday.
