Delays after crash shuts motorway lane
COMMUTERS are facing major delays this morning after a crash blocks one lane of Hampshire's busiest motorway.
Traffic is building up behind the three vehicle crash on the southbound M3 between Winchester services and junction nine of the A34, near the Winnal roundabout.
The outer lane is currently blocked while emergency services treat casualties and remove the cars.
