Insects as future food
A SCIENTIST from Southampton will be talking about insects becoming part of the human diet tonight.
Dr Jenny Josephs from the University of Southampton will reveal all about the future of food and farming – and provide some crispy crickets to eat.
The talk will be from 7pm- 9pm at the Southwestern Arms, Southampton.
