Swish in to Twyford for a clothes swap charity fundraiser
ORGANISERS of two Hampshire charities are hosting a special fundraiser this week.
On Friday from 8.30pm-11pm, Twyford Parish Hall will open its doors to Come Swish! – the biggest clothes swapping event of the year which aims to raise money for Percy’s Pals and I Am Super Capes.
Tickets cost £10, which includes canapés, refreshments and five tokens.
Entrants must bring five items or more of clothing in a good, clean condition including accessories and shoes. Everyone will have 30 minutes to browse beforehand but no one is allowed to claim items before the end of the 30-minute period.
Extra tokens can be bought for £1 and any unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
