Phone could be key to finding missing woman

POLICE believe a mobile phone may hold the key to finding a missing woman.

Victoria Bailey, 53, below, was last seen on Saturday afternoon, leaving a bus at Freshwater, on the Isle of Wight.

Officers are trying to track her mobile phone, a silver or black Samsung GT E2550, which is believed to be in the Tennyson Trail area of Freshwater.

Victoria, of Red Road, Wootton Bridge, Ryde, was wearing sunglasses, a brown jacket, a dark top, a scarf and blue jeans when last seen.

Land and sea searches continue today with help from Hampshire police’s marine unit, the coastguard and WightSAR.
