A SOUTHAMPTON man has appeared in court in connection with an incident outside a city nightclub which resulted in another person having the top of one finger bitten off.
Paul Rowe, 27, of Anderby Road, denied wounding Sam Mulhall with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm and assaulting Shane Brown in London Road.
However, he admitted a third charge of damaging a police code of practice book.
He had his case at the city crown court adjourned until August 8 and had bail extended.
