FLASHING cameras lit up a Hampshire shopping centre during its search for new advertising models.
There were more than 200 entrants for the Swan Centre in Eastleigh’s Modelsearch event but the winners have been announced.
Eight successful Hampshire contestants have been chosen after posing for the judges.
The young winners are Eastleigh-based Isla Palmier, 4, Corey Cole, 4, Morgan Fitzpatrick, 10, and Quintin Smith, 9.

Teen models champions are Mollie Salmon, 15, from Southampton, David Ollyide, 15, from Chandler’s Ford.

And adults, Laura Hiscock, 25, from Eastleigh, and Christopher Strickland, 22, from Southampton won their categories.

Each model will now have a professional photoshoot at the Swan Centre to build up a portfolio and will be featured in future advertising campaigns at the shopping centre.
After the photoshoot, one model will be chosen as the overall Modelsearch champion and go to a London Studio in spring 2015 to be styled and photographed by top industry professionals.
Michael Knowles, from Modelsearch, was one of the judges at the event.
He said “It took four hours to select the eight winners, which is a great reflection on the calibre of all the contestants and the great number of good looking kids in Eastleigh.”
