FABRIC students at a Hampshire college are busy bringing together their end-of-year exhibition.
The Eastleigh College Foundation Degree students will be showing a varying selection of their works within the realms of stitched textiles.
Themes range from abstract landscapes, the Great War, families, fragility and the growing of fabrics. There will be textile wall hangings, 3D work and installation pieces.
The show title, 10 out of 6, was chosen by the students as a play on words referring t0 ten students who “lived” their three years in room 6 at the college’s Cranbury Centre Campus.
The show is open to the general public at the College’s Desborough Campus on Friday, July 4, from 10am to 5pm and Saturday, July 5, from 10am to 1pm. Entry is free.
