A NEW online community has been launched that aims to improve the quality of life for people in Hampshire affected by dementia.
The Nominet Trust-backed ourbigbox.com combines digital technology with social media to deliver reminiscence sessions, while images and multimedia clips saved in a user’s account can be accessed anywhere and added to by friends and family.
Scott Downie, chief executive of Memory Box Network, said: “The beauty of this approach is that anyone can deliver it.
“Sessions can be formal or informal and use of the site does not require qualifications.”
