World's oldest bowling green holds day for visitors
THE WORLD’s oldest bowling green, which is in Southampton, will be holding a visitor day on Friday, July 11.
Southampton (Old) Bowling Green in Lower Canal Walk will welcome visitors from 2pm.
There will be a chance to be shown around the green and should the weather be good, also have a go at bowling on the green.
