There's something fundamentally wrong with society, whereby some talentless oik can get famous by going on a TV programme doing f*ck all and on the back of that go another TV programme, do f*ck all again and get paid £100k for it.

And people lap it up!!!!! What is going on?!

It should be people like nurses who look after the critically ill 24/7 in intensive care getting this kind of cash, not some lazy **** loser famous for doing nothing. If there wasn't the demand for this s cr@p from the wider society, it wouldn't happen.

If she spent the lot after a few months and tried to claim benefits again it would be classed as deprivation of capital. Say a person on benefits won £20,000 and tried to pay off their debts, buy a car, go on expensive holiday etc, then that would be deprivation of capital. In other words the government would stop all benefits and expect you to live off of £20,000 for a period of time which they would work out. She won't be able to claim any time soon.

Actually I wouldn't appear on TV for any money, but I have pride. At the same time I hold no bad thoughts to those who want to make a quick quid.

I don't class going on TV for the mindless millions to stare at work, that's my point. Doing nothing for the entertainment of morons for rediculous amounts of money that very few of the grafters amongst us could hope to get paid over the course of years, ain't right.

Why shouldn’t she have her 15 minutes of fame.
Shows like BB, TOWIE, THE VALLEYS and GEORDIE SHORE to name but a few are full of wannabes with absolutely no talent what so ever, yet many of these cretins claim the celebrity lifestyle and are never of the screen.
If it means she will pay tax for just a little while, good luck to her. If watching this nonsense annoys you, don’t, simply turn it off and go support your local pub.

The definition of 'fame' is:

1. widespread reputation, especially of a favorable character; renown; public eminence:

2. common estimation or opinion generally held of a person or thing; reputation.

She just happened to live on a street where a documentry was filmed.

Depression is like mirgranes, they can leave you alone for a long time (years even) and then hit you all a sudden and you go though a spell of having them one after another.
Whilst you are partially correct as in I have to agree Depression can be on and off.

I fear the DLA wouldn't consider a claim if someone went to them and said well, I only suffer from it once a year.

Maybe and this is just my opinion, if she wasn't out of work then she wouldn't be so depressed as is being proven now she seems to have work.

I certainly don't think depression should just be swept under the carpet.
I had a friend who suffered with depression that was before he took his life and knowing the whole family as well, you could see when he was going into depression and while he was in it, It don't last for 1 day here and there, for what i can tell it hits you some thing like mirgraine, the mirgraine warnings are there a few days before hand and it don't last just a day migraines can last for 28 days at a time and you get maybe a week or two clear of it and comes back at you again and it can carry on like this for a year maybe 2 years, then you go though a period with no problem for a number of years before it comes back again and you go though another round. now think like this with depression but not 28 days think up to a year as one hit then having a bit of rest bite before it comes back again and this pattern happening over a number of years before you get a some years of rest bite.

Folk have a go at her for scrounging off benefits, then have a go at her when she starts working. Make your mind up.
I don't class going on TV for the mindless millions to stare at work, that's my point. Doing nothing for the entertainment of morons for rediculous amounts of money that very few of the grafters amongst us could hope to get paid over the course of years, ain't right.
What does it matter what YOU class as work? If she's earning money, she won't be claiming benefits. Or perhaps you'd rather she kept on claiming whilst "earning" this money, simply because you don't believe it to be "work".
Do the royals or city of london bankers " graft " , or just sour grapes lol
I think you'll find both bring millions into this country you'll also find the tourist industry employees thousands because of our Royalty.
The bankers are only here employing thousands of workers because they're usually good at what they do so try again.
Very good at what they do , BANKRUPTCY , for crying out loud , this country is a basket case !!!!

Think you'll find LLoyds were only bailed out because they were asked to buy a bank with out being told all the facts about it's debts so putting that bank in danger.
How many people do the banks & the city employ?
How do you think we can afford to pay welfare at all?

if some of you lot stopped ****' and whinin' for long enough, you'd have noticed her agent has said she won't be appearing on BB as she's already contractually obliged to film a cooking show in France while BB is on air.
Also, the Echo researchers should have been aware of this rather than rehashing a story from The Sun.

I guess we don't know her full medical history. A quick stab in the dark may well be that she got stuck in a trap.

Maybe, being out of work caused her to be depressed and with all this suddenly happening in her life, she's snapped out of it.

Who knows, but I'm sure she would have had to attend one of those ATOS tests in order to get DLA in the first place.

was she depressed having kids & getting a council/welfare funded property?
I know of a guy who had depression & it's a debilitating illness not something that you can switch on or off as some seem to think on here.
many depressants try to commit suicide it's that bad but many use it as a way to get invalidity pay which one of these is she?

As you ask the question, I'll answer it honestly.

I believe she was milking it, but that's my personal opinion.

I've been through depression and there is no way you'd get me in a TV studio with Cameras etc.

But, I guess we're all different.
