ORGANISERS of this year's new look Lymington Carnival have hailed it a sun-blessed success.
More than 40 entrants took part in the event, which started at the town hall car park in Avenue Road yesterday (Sunday).
Organiser Mish Frampton, of the Lymington Lions said it was an “enormous success”.
She said: “With over 40 entrants to the Carnival and the turn out from the community, it has been absolutely phenomenal.
“We could not have wished for it to have turned out any better.
“This year saw some big changes to the way the carnival had been run in previous years and it has proved to be a huge success.”
Fellow Lions member Martin Ward added: “This has been such a fantastic day and it has been great to see a community come together in this way.”
