A Hampshire business has applied to Southampton City Council to convert flats into offices.
Wessex Fertility Ltd has used two flats at The Freya Centre in Anglesea Road, Shirley, for two and six years respectively.
Now the firm wants planning permission to continue using those flats, as well as three other flats at the site, as offices.
In the long-term the company intends to look for alternative premises.
City council planners will reach a decision on the application by September 8.
