Rush hour delays on motorway
RUSH hour chaos has hit a motorway after a van broke down.
Delays are building along the M3 southbound from junction 14 with the M27 with the white van blocking one lane on the sliproad leading to Chilworth Roundabout.
Traffic is currently tailing back past junction 13 at Eastleigh.
