Delays as car overturns on busy road
MOTORISTS are facing lengthy delays this morning after a vehicle overturned on a Hampshire major road.
Traffic is queuing on the A3 northbound near Clanfield after the incident earlier in the morning.
The scene has now been cleared but traffic is moving very slowly with delays of up to 25 minutes.
All lanes were reopened at around 7.10am.
