Delays on M3 after accident blocks lane
MOTORISTS are being caught in delays this morning after an accident on the M3.
Queuing traffic is being reported on the southbound carriageway near to Winchester services between junctions 8 and 9.
The accident has blocked both lanes with traffic being forced to pass on ther hard shoulder.
There are currently delays of around 20 minutes.
