Hedge End paddling pool closes after vandals cause chaos
A PUBLIC paddling pool has had to be closed after vandals wreaked havoc.
The facility, at St John’s Recreation Ground, in Hedge End, which is normally open every day, has been closed by Hedge End Town Council.
Litter from a nearby bin has been strewn across the pool, its filtration system was clogged with mud and railings had been damaged.
