A PADDLING pool forced to close after vandals wreaked havoc has reopened.

The facility, at St John’s Recreation Ground in Hedge End, which is normally open every day, was closed by Hedge End Town Council.

Litter from a bin was found strewn across the pool, its filtration system was clogged with mud and railings were damaged.
