Tibetan class
BUDDHISTS in Southampton can find out more about Tibetan psychology in the first in a series of open lectures starting on Thursday August 7.
The Edmund Kell Church Hall in Belleveue Road is hosting the classes which begin with a talk on consciousness, psychology and self-discovery.
A class on meditation is held on Thursday August 14 and self-knowledge a week later, all beginning at 7.30pm.
