COMMUTERS in Southampton are facing traffic chaos this evening after an accident on a city bridge.

Huge delays are being reported following the incident on the Itchen Bridge with traffic tailing back to West Quay Road.

Portsmouth Road is also at a standstill as are many roads approaching the bridge.

Nah, it was probably the car swerving to avoid gingercyclist who was swerving to avoid the "cyclist" I had the misfortune to be behind last week. Whatever it was I hope nobody was badly hurt.

As Kirsty said above - A car crashed into the back of a people carrier. Too fast & too close. Idiots.
