Flats plan for former offices
FORMER office space in central Southampton is set to become flats.
City council planners have raised no objection to Towerblock Ltd’s proposals for the site in London Road.
The developer had applied to change the first, second and third floors to 21 flats, which will be divided into 18 studios, two one-bed and one two-bed apartments.
